I am classicly trained by Master Chef Christian Chemin of France. I studied and graduated at Wine Country Culinary Institute. My style is making food look as good as it taste. I do like old school techniques but withoder twists. I enjoy molecular gastronomy. I really aim to make you remember every bite.
I'm trained and experienced in a multitude of different styles and variations of food. I have catered for weddings, small parties, luncheons, banquets coursed dinners and pop up wine dinners. I have a crew of certified culinarians who share the same passion for food that I do. I will look at the budget and style of food needed and make an educated invoice detailing food and labor cost.
