My cooking style is based on flavor. I like traditional, but I also like added flare and putting myself into my meals.

I have been cooking since I was 8. I have worked in numerous hotels, resorts, and restaurants. I even cooked in the military for 13 years. I have a culinary and a pastry degree. Currently I am a Director of Dietary Services.
