If you can eat it I can cook it. I don't have a exact cooking style, but I am inspired by cuisine from all around the world. A meal made from scratch, right down to the stock, I believe is a beautifully delicious experience. I am currently working on a traditional scratch Italian Menu.
I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Through the years, I have continued to learn and build my skills working at various restaurants. A majority of my experience is in catering events, such as weddings, parties (big and small), and charity events.
