Classic French, American, Mediterranean, and Asian-infused cuisine. I love comfort foods, and believe good food is good medicine. Using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, my dishes are made with only the freshest and finest ingredients available.
Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Boston, I am a classically-trained chef specializing in difficult dietary & medical needs. I have been cooking for over 35 years as a volunteer, and finally decided to follow my passion late in life. Upon completion of LCB, I moved to California to join Impossible Foods, as a research chef/cheesemaker, and with my colleagues, developed a group of plant-based cheeses now marketed under the Kite Hill brand. In March 2017, I moved to Maui, and am developing a local clientele on the island.
