We are open to executing all sorts of cuisines with a main focus on using great and local ingredients. We currently focus on Hawaiian flavors (pacific-rim), Korean, Japanese, and any farm to table concepts. We also honor dietary restrictions and special requests.

Currently, Chef Owner of a private chef and catering business. Previously, Chef de Cuisine at the Ka'ana Kitchen (Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort). All and all, 10 years of experience in the culinary industry.
