The end result has to be delicious. I have been classically trained and can cook anything. My passion is for uncomplicated seasonal delicious food. My job is to enhance that time you the customer. I understand that at home people want healthy, delicious, food my job is to make that food interesting and delectable.
After attending the Culinary Institute of America I worked in some of the best restaurants in NYC including Chanterelle, Eleven Madison Park, and The Water Club. Thereafter, I accepted a position as the Executive Chef (exclusively for) the executives at Morgan Stanley in their flagship Executive Dinning Room.
