my style is contemporary and simple but with lots of seasoning and bursts of flavors. I find that good seasoning makes a lot more difference then the complexity of the plate. I also have influences of vegan and vegetarian cuisine.

I am working for over 5 years in the culinary Industry. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in the U.S. and outside of the country.
