I started in the industry very young as a server and loved the preparation and presentation of the food. I worked my way up in some of my jobs as a head chef, line cook and expeditor just to be able to experience everything. I love the way a guest looks when they first see the plate and it tastes as good as it looks. This is a passion for me and it comes so naturally!
