I am a formerly trained chef with a Culinary Management degree. After serving my country in the Air Force for 24 years, I pursued my passion of food through culinary arts. I have worked as a server, hostess, baker, sous chef and personal chef. I love giving people beautiful food, but feel the balance of food and customer service go hand-in-hand. Providing the client an unforgettable dinner is a partnership of delicious food and attentive customer service.
