I like to take simplistic dishes and elevate them to a new level. Bringing familiar dishes to new heights and inspire others to push their own minds or what they believe a dish can be. I believe in the basics and building off of them.

I have helped my great grandmother in her catering company and cooking classes with heavily French inspired dishes from as long as I can remember. I have professionally worked in restaurants for 5 years now. I am currently a Sous Chef and work as a Personal Chef on the side. I enjoy creating dishes that will make guests happy. Creating food is a passion of mine and always will be.
