I don’t have one particular style but I do cook with lots of love, flavor and soul.

I am the founder of Amira's Taste of Soul, I am a Seattle native but has called the south my home for the last 20 years, currently residing in Jacksonville Florida. In combination with my west coast roots, I puts my own spin on comfort food. I specializes in meal prep, catering events, cooking classes and being a personal chef. I love for food comes from my childhood when I would watch and help my mom cook at a young age. For me food represents family, smiles, soul and music, one of the reasons why I love to cook and host people. Having a big family of my own, cooking for them always makes me smile, inclusive of extra people who always stop by for a meal. No matter how expensive or cheap, I enjoy eating different food and creating my own dishes.
