I have over 18 years of experience learning techniques from some of the best Michelin Trained Chefs and restaurateurs in the business. David Burke's Fromagerie was my intro to French classics. I enjoy recreating Jaques Pepin signature dishes. Iron Chef MIchael Simon Influenced my Greek and Mediteranean flavors. Steven Starr’s Buddakahn and Morimoto introduced me to Asian fusion. My years of fine dining restaurants, in home private dining, 5 diamond hotels and catering special events have given me an appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant meals.
