Started my culinary career at the age of 13 as a dishwasher. From there, I found my passion for cooking at my boarding school cafeteria. I then attended the New England Culinary Institute. I worked in several restaurants in Boston underneath Great chefs. After this, I came back to my hometown to help a friend open a restaurant and I am now an executive chef for him.
