You name it and I can do it. I have experience in cooking all kinds of different ethnic foods so I love creating dishes from scratch and bringing multiple styles on to one plate.
I've had a passion for culinary arts since a young child. Growing up in my grandmother's kitchen and learning how to put some of the small touches on food that make a dish so unique and a lot of us tend to forget about over the years. As far as my professional experience, I have been involved in everything from private events to managing small diner style kitchens to high volume downtown kitchens. I am food handler and food manager certified.
Chef Sam was awesome! The communication was easy and consistent and the meal was exactly as described. The food was presented beautifully and was really tasty. We had a party of 15 and every single person was very happy. Overall it was a great experience and I'd definitely hire him again.
