Having been in the kitchen when my grandmother was cooking has taught me a great deal about food and the love you have to put into it. Along with my 10+years in the restaurant industry and my culinary degree I've gained even more knowledge and experience with cooking. Enhancing my knowledge on flavors and putting it with my culinary training has made me even more in tune with my cooking. I'm passionate about my craft of cooking, from my lobster Mac and cheese, my version of what shrimp and grits should look like, or my desserts will surely leave you happy and completely satisfied.
Melinda was very professional from our first message exchange. She provided us with a list of
meal options for a 3 course and a 4 course meals for American, Italian and Mexican dishes.
We decided on a mixture of American/Italian. The best dish was the homemade pesto salmon with an Alfredo pesto penne pasta 😋. She set up our table for the ambiance and provided us with freshly squeezed watermelon juice since we were not having alcohol.
Chef Melinda was very personable and even cleaned up afterwards.
We would definitely book her again.

Produced a great experience for us. She came on time, prepared with nice table settings, and was very personable. She created an awesome mocktail so that my pregnant wife could enjoy the drink part of the evening. Nicely coursed, mussels were AWESOME. Finished with a fresh tart that was incredible. Cleaned up and was out. The perfect at home experience, would use it again!
