Having been in the kitchen when my grandmother was cooking has taught me a great deal about food and the love you have to put into it. Along with my 10+years in the restaurant industry and my culinary degree I've gained even more knowledge and experience with cooking. Enhancing my knowledge on flavors and putting it with my culinary training has made me even more in tune with my cooking. I'm passionate about my craft of cooking, from my lobster Mac and cheese, my version of what shrimp and grits should look like, or my desserts will surely leave you happy and completely satisfied.
