I am always learning and progressing my cooking techniques to different styles and cuisine. I am experienced in Vegan, Mexican, Southeast Asian, Italian and French Cuisine. Dietary restrictions? No Problem. Currently, I am learning Hawaiin cuisine to add into my repertoire.
Born and raised in the city of Brotherly Love and a graduate of JNA Institute of Culinary Arts, I haved worked in many popular kitchens around the city, from a small b.y.o.b, and hotels, to fine dining restaurants, and catering (small domestic and weddings) for the past 10 years. I would like to share my culinary experience through my food on the island of Oahu. I am also new to this island and already loving the Ohana spirit.
