My passion is to cook simple meals with focus on local ingredients and to bring back the family dinner table where families use to eat. Creating easy simple meals under thirty minutes or less.

I have over 20 years experience in the cullinary field. Graduate of the cullinary institute of the Pacific at Leeward Community college. Trained under some of the top chefs in Hawaii. Worked in mom and pop kitchens to bar and grills to cafeterias to hotel kitchens.
