I defiantly have a fusion- Bistro type of style. I enjoy the flavors of the Carribbean, Asia, and South America. I love combining them in ways that are exciting.

I began working in kitchens at the age of 15. From there I worked in Italian, Chinese, and American restaurants. I currently have been working in private catering for the last 5 years. I especially like to use fusion in my dishes.
