I am an American Fusion Chef. I enjoy using influential ingredients from different parts of the world and creating a spectacular meal that you may not find going out to eat. I prefer to cook as local and as fresh of ingredients I can get. I believe in supporting farms and farmers versus big business and it shows through my food.
I have been involved in the Hospitality Industry in one way or the other for 21 years. I have been a cook for 15 years and a Chef for 6 years. I have experience in several different capacities when it comes to the industry.
