Worked in the food industry for 37 years. I have been working at Uconn for the past 20 years. I have 4 years of college education from Johnson & Wales. I owned my own frozen food line and catered on my own for years. I love to experiment with food at home , especially with grass fed beef, veal and fresh seafood .
