I do not have any one particular style of cooking I am very well-rounded and diverse when it comes to food, I'm very interested in Asian and Indian style cooking. However I am classically trained in more of a French style of cooking.
I am a classically trained chef. I have my associate's degree in culinary arts I graduated from the Culinary Institute of St Louis at hickey College. I've worked in the hospitality field for about 12 years running I'm currently the chef at a Cajun Creole restaurant called zydeco blue located at Manchester and 270. I have cooked all over st. Louis in some of the best restaurants St Louis has to offer including Charlie Gitto's, the station at Overlook Farms, and the Corner Pub and Grill. I'm a well-rounded Hands-On kind of Chef and I always get the job done right.
