My cooking style is the perfect blend between types of cuisines. My main focus has been fish and seafood the last 10 years and love to fusion Japanese food with Peruvian cuisine. I make traditional and adventurous sushi with a spin of fusion not just on the ingredients but I like to fusion techniques as well.
I have been cooking for the past 20 years. Worked in a few hotels and various types of restaurants until I opened my own. My last experience has been working on an opening in a 5 star Resort in Turks and Caicos as an executive chef. I have experience in Peruvian, Italian, French, Japanese, Thai and American cuisine.
