I am an experimental style chef. I like to take the basic recipes and put my own spin on them. I love to grill and smoke lots of different things. I like making my own bbq sauces and rubs. I like spicing things up to give your mouth a little kick that will make you say wow.
I am a recent graduate of Le Cole Culinaire in St Louis Mo. I moved to Texas to take a job at the Texas AM University. I graduated in the the top five of my class. I have worked as a pit boss at one of St Louis's top bbq restaurants. I have worked at small town bar and grills that provided great family style cooking.
