Hello  My name is Paul Forde and I'm currently looking for a job as a cook or chef. A little about my background, I'm a culinary study at GTCC, I've worked in a number of kitchens in Greensboro, High Point as well as New York City, I've worked in one of the most expensive and biggest nursing homes in NC, I've worked at High Point Regional Hospital. I've worked a number of food shows and done all types of caterings and party set ups, I feel I have a lot to bring to the table and I'm looking for a new kitchen to work in and feel like home. I'm always looking to learn new things in and out of the kitchen, I'm 24 years old and I've been in the kitchen for a very long time. I'm a Jamaican person that is currently the lead cook working with a Mongolian grill and making all types of Asian dishes RESUME New media Comm.  (Telecommunications) 2001 - Currently  at this job I worked as a tech helper until I gained the skills and experience to go out into the field alone. Ive done everything from pulling Cat5 wire all the way setting up voice over IP systems, ive worked with satellites, computers, Home Theaters, Severs and many different types of systems. Moes southwest grill 2006 -2008. LINE COOK I worked as a prep cook and a grill cook, working with fish, beef, chicken, and tofu. As there prep person I came in early and made sure all side items were ready for when we started service. High Point Regional Health System 2010 - 2012. LINE COOK I worked at the hospital as a line cook, working with different diets and making employee meals. WhiteStone Nursing Home and Retirement Home 2012 - 2013 KITCHEN MANAGER Working at this nursing home I started off as a weekend prep person and quickly move up to being  a line cook. After proving myself as a line cook we later opened our bistro for the retirees whom lived on campus and didn't have any diet restrictions.
