I would go with American, I pull a little from everywhere. Strong Asian background, and smoking/bbq.

Worked from the bottom to the top, started as a dish washer in high school, have held every position in the kitchen. Was part of Rare GR, a high end 6 course dinning experience for 16-20. With about 20 years under my belt I have learned from a multitude of chefs with their own ideas and styles. Always looking to please, love the challenge.
