Classically trained in French but I am a native of the south so my cooking style often reflects my heritage. I have been a BBQ pit master, a baker, a caterer, a banquet chef and a fine dining chef. I have studied several international cuisines as well and I am dedicated to constantly educating myself on new styles and techniques.. I believe the dish is only as good as the ingredients which should be free range, sustainable farm to table products. I use modern techniques as well such as sous vide and molecular gastronomy. I am always finding new ways to create and inspire.
I would like to take you on a culinary adventure and possibly open your eyes to the endless passion for dining on an elevated level. A pairing of food and wine not to be forgotten explained in detail from a chef with 20 years experience in the fine dining industry. I have worked for Chef Thomas Keller at Bouchon in Las Vegas where I was able to provide services for several high end clients. I'm currently working at The Chefs Club by Food & Wine. We showcase dishes by chefs featured in the magazine.
