I don't like to say I have a single cooking style. That is not fair to the food or the client. I do what ever preparation is necessary to get the optimal flavor and texture out of what ever food I am cooking.
I have been in the culinary field for over 10 years. I graduated from Kendall college. I have worked at Disney to fine dining in Chicago at Bread&Wine and moto. I have worked under chefs like Curtis Gamble and Chef Jessica from BGT in Champaign-Urbana. I am currently with my wife the co-owner of catering company and a food truck in the Chicago land area.
