Experience
I began my culinary adventure in the dish room of my local Ruby Tuesday restaurant. From there I mastered all stations in the high volume, fast paced kitchen and grew bored of the commercial style of cooking. I needed to sow my artistic oats so to say. I then began working at the Fish Market of Gadsden, where I was yelled at, put through an all out culinary purgatory that every rookie should, and most importantly taught the most beautiful, flavorful styles of cooking on the planet. I have grown to both love and respect Cajun, Greek,and Mediterranean styles of cooking but my first love is and always will be Southern Soul food and Comfort Food. The type of food that makes you think of a grandma's house, and a time when things were less complicated and the world moved a little slower. With all that being said if it's the complex flavors of your favorite Greek entree you're looking for or a meal that makes you homesick for a simplier time i'm your chef.
