I have a very diverse style of cooking. I always like to try out new and exciting dishes. I love to mix and match sweet and salty spicy and savory.
I currently have both ServSafe and Alcohol ServSafe Certificates in addition to having 2 years of formal culinary training. I completed three Culinary Arts programs in Anne Arundel Community College, Woodland Job Corps, and Treasure Island Job Corps. Through my training I have developed exceptional skills in preparing and cooking foods to an industry
level standard that adheres to strict safety and sanitation guidelines. I have been praised by my instructors for my listening, organizational skills, and excellent fast placed working skills.During my training in Laurel, MD I obtained prep and cook position at Wood Land Job Corps Cafeteria. While I was training in San Francisco, I joined one of the leading catering companies, Globe Gourmet, where I have prepped food for events all round San Francisco. These catering positions showed me how to serve large groups of people while still keeping taste and presentation a high goal. For the past three years I have been working at one of the biggest casinos in Maryland as a line cook.
