I'm classically trained in French, Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. However, I was raised in the south and enjoy low country cooking just as much. Having lived in central and south Florida most of my adult life, I'm also just as good with Caribbean-Latin cuisine.

Although most of my experience is in fine dining (Marriott, Hilton, The Breakers Resort), I am equally experienced with banquets and catering either a Five Star meal for 2-20 people or a casual affair for up to 50 people.
