While I am adept at traditional, southern fare, I am also heavily influenced by traditional continental (old world) cuisine training I received in culinary school. I am also very focused on vegetarian (not vegan) food, particularly the culinary influences of Indian and Asian cultures.
I worked 2 years with one of the area's most popular (and busy!!!) catering companies before starting my own, much smaller-visioned catering company, Rue de L'u Cuisine. I focus on small parties, family dinners (traditional and special dietary needs).
