I have been classically trained in French, Mediterranean, Japanese, Latin, and Farm-to-table, as well as many specialty diets, both sweet and savory baking and scratch cooking. Food has always been a part of my life, I grew up on a farm in New Mexico and have worked in kitchens all over the world. I have been a chef for 15 years, and was trained at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. My career began in high end, michelin star restaurants and catering companies, but for the last 6 years I have worked as a private chef for A-list celebrities, CEOs, professional athletes, and many other high end clients.
