I like try my hand at all cooking styles, from Thailand cuisine to German sausage making. I believe going Le Cordon Bleu opened my mind to mixing these cuisine together. I honestly enjoy Italian food, from making fresh mozzarella to making different styles of pasta. I would really like to understand wine a bit more, but for now Ill cook the food.

I'm very passionate about my craft, I've been in the hospitality business for over 20 years. I have worked in every aspect of the culinary field, from running kitchens at sorority and fraternities. To doing home health care services, I love it all and will continue to strive for more. I really enjoy making stocks, you can do so much with a good stock. If its food related I wanna know what it is so I can use it, I cant say this enough I LOVE TO COOK!
