A fresh perspective on vegan and gluten free food

I enjoy cooking vegan food. I am also very familiar and comfortable with gluten free cooking. I love home style cooking, but I also enjoy elevated soups, salads, and hors d'oeuvre.

I have cooked professionally for the past 7 years. I have experience with Mexican and Italian cuisine, as well as new American. I currently work on a food truck cooking anything from Korean barbecue to falafel and hummus.
