I like to create dishes that feel familiar, but with flavors and special touches that lift them beyond the ordinary. I draw on multiple cuisines, but with a particular fondness for dishes emanating from traditional Jewish cooking.

I trained at the French Culinary Institute and have been working for several years as a private chef with both individual and corporate clients. I have special experience in Kosher cooking.
