I am influenced by the nature and drive from the Chef Thomas Keller as well as the positive actions within the kitchen. I tend to be a perfectionist and let creativity flow into my plates through my presentation.

I have always had a passion for cooking. I have worked in restaruants for 4.5 years. I held the position of Sous Chef at Deanna's kitchen and sous chef at Cattani Catering and kitchen.
