Cooking style
My cooking style can best be described as eclectic. I am willing to attempt to make any cuisine and love a challenge. My preferred cuisines are Italian and American comfort food.
In 2015 I graduated from PPCC with my culinary arts degree and in 2016 I completed my baking degree. I have earned both the American Culinary Federation Certified Pastry Chef and Certified Culinarian certifications. I completed my internship at the Garden of the Gods Club and Resort where they kept me on as a banquet chef. I have since been trained in café cooking, using reclaimed food to feed the employees. I have also done cold line cooking, preparing salads, sandwiches, and fruit and cheese trays, and hot line cooking, creating breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Currently I'm working at Eugene Country Club making stellar breakfasts and helping in the bakery.

Unbelievable value!
Chef Nayt cooked for a group of 16 of us on a golf trip. He fed us well and even used the leftovers for snacks on the course the next day. We didn’t have to lift a finger. It was an amazing experience!
