I am an all from scratch locally sourced chef with a flair for the european and American cuisines.
Experience
I am a professionally, classically trained chef with over 20 years of experience. I have An AS degree in culinary arts and have toured with the Rolling Stones, INXS & U2 bands, I have also appeared on Hells Kitchen season 12 and finished 7th place, I have competed and won Chef Wanted w/Ann Burrell I also appeared and won Cut Throat Kitchen on the food network. I have owned my own restaurant and have worked for Gibson's steakhouse, Ditka's Chophouse, Chicago Hilton and have been the Head chef on 5 movie sets. I have been a personal chef for the last 5 years and have accumulated a lot of repeat and ver satisfied customers. I look forward to bringing my culinary talent and passion got you.

Disappointed. Not what we expected.
We carefully chose Chef Richard from his bio and his culinary experience. We were looking forward to watching him work, enjoying his food, and talking with him about his TV cooking contest experiences. We were very surprised and disappointed when, without any notice to us, a different chef showed up. Chef Craig was very nice, but not the chef we thought we were going to see. The apps were ok tasting, but we were told they were most likely 'bought', and not made by our chef, nor Chef Richard. The steaks were tasty, but nothing special. The 'molten lava cake' dessert was not molten, and seemed like something that we could have bought at the grocery store. Overall we were very disappointed.

Chef Richard was good overall experience.
Chef Richard did a great job and the food was all excellent. Only small issue I had was that we spoke about menu items for a guest that were dairy free (for my wife). He mentioned he could do that and it was not followed thru on. But the food and evening were both really great other than the non dairy options.
