I love cooking without boundaries. I like for the person I'm cooking for to not be able to take their eyes of the plate. I want my food to have first and smell, second a look, third the taste and texture they will never forget.
I started cooking when I was 9 years old. I fell in love with it. I've worked in fine dining catering, restaurants, and my own house. Currently I'm working in a Tex-Mex restaurant. The most important thing is that my heart is into making food and watching people enjoy the meal I prepared.
