My style of cooking would mainly revolve around savory, and rich flavors.

My experience as a chef has been a long and stressful road, but it's been a fun ride and adventure in which I've learn so many things. From being a dishwasher, to a line cook, to managing and running my own kitchen. The best experience that I can honestly say was working side by side with the chefs that taught me everything I know, and the mentoring that they gave me to become who I am. You learn that you don't just cook, it's a passion where your heart and soul are required to create something beautiful in appearance but also in taste, and texture.
