I haven't been classically trained nor did I finish culinary school. My knowledge comes from intensive reading, working in the hospitality business for 30 years, and my mom and grandma. I don't have a specific style. I adapt to each situation and strive for perfection.
I've worked in all facets of the industry from fast food, to family dining and fine dining. I'm currently the head chef for a senior retirement condo and thoroughly enjoy helping others on a daily basis.
