My cooking style is rustic and aggressively flavorful, while also being subtly playful. I love to take contrasting flavors, or even clashing ones, and perfectly balance them into harmonious bites. I cook New American cuisine with Italian, Asian, Latin, and Fusion influences.

I have seven years of experience creating memorable moments for my guests in various roles, including host, server, food runner/exhibitor, manager, and line cook, within the restaurant industry. Most of my experience was in front-of-house roles, with one year in back-of-house and one year in a management role. I have worked mostly in casual dining settings, with about two years in upscale-casual settings. In all my years, I have learned so much about the industry, but there is always more to learn. That is why I love being a personal chef. It gives me the freedom to grow at an exponential pace while crafting new flavor combinations and continuing to create special moments for my guests.
