Italian, German, Japanese, Thai, French, Mexican, American, and Chinese are my specialties, but I will try just about anything. I love cooking with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients emphasizing simplicity and clean yet robust flavors. I make fresh pasta, gnocchi, and Chinese wheat noodles from scratch and can bake as well.
I have cooked professionally for over five years, but would like to move away from the rest industry. I specialize in many different ethnic cuisines, inspired by my travels. I have visited 31 countries and counting. When I cook the food is always inspired by my travels, and my travels are always inspired by food.
