My cooking style varies. If you prefer simple cuisine or extravagant meals, I just need to know what you are looking for, and I can prepare it.

I worked as a general manager for a pizza shop in arizona from 1999 to 2004. I also worked as a line cook at Denny's in Airway Heights for several months before returning to Oregon and enrolling in the culinary program at Umpqua Community College. While attending school, I worked for the catering department through the college. I also participated in culinary events. After graduating, I worked as a line cook for Granny's Mini Hut in Roseburg until I moved out here.
