My cooking style is upscale yet rustic, vibrant in color, minimal ingredients, fresh rather than processed - less is more if you're working with great ingredients. I love hosting intimate dinner events for 8-15 people and creating an atmosphere that guests will remember.

I'm 31 years old with over 10 years of experience in culinary skills, recipe development, hosting dinner parties, cooking classes and more! I grew up making homemade pasta, ravioli, jarring sauces and understanding the utilization of the best organic ingredients.
