22 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Worked at establishments such as Dallas Country Club, Ardovino’s Desert Crossing in New Mexico, Anson 11 in El Paso TX , and Harbor Grill in Homer Alaska home to the Halibut Capital of the World.
