I am a culinary graduate since 2009 with over 10 years kitchen experience. Proficient growth from prep cook to Sous chef with the acquired skills of completing my task of ordering, training, scheduling, recipe development and supervising my team. I currently am certified in food handling manager principles and obtain a TABC licence.
