Chef Michael’s cuisine can be described as contemporary American with a focus on traditional, regional cuisines. He develops his menus based upon the season, using the finest locally sourced ingredients available. His food is prepared using modern techniques and presented in a simple natural style. This has included house made charcuterie and cheese, pickling and curing, breads and other artisanal products.

Chef Michael has been working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. He has opened and operated restaurants in the Lake Tahoe area for 20 years. He was a personal chef in Truckee-Lake Tahoe from 2014 to 2020..
