Lets Have Some Fun!

I enjoy cooking food that makes your mouth water at the smell of it. I like to think of modern with a twist of home style cooking with a back taste of Asian. My moto is that You eat with your eyes first, So it has to look amazing! Even if that means it plays tricks with your mind. I want to create what you desire, so if that is Seafood entree's, pulled pork that drips down to you elbows, or something Vegetarian. I want to make you happy.

I Graduated from Oregon Coast Culinary Institute and am currently enjoying work at Harbor Lights Restaurant in Reedsport Oregon. I recently came back from Waves Restaurant in Waldport were I had a seafood, pasta, and steak menu. Before that, I was in Montana working at Lone Mountain Ranch where I learned about smoking meats and fine dinning.
