I can grill anything to perfection. French, healthy/hearty and meals made entirely from scratch would be my specialty. I love to see a person beyond satisfied, in all areas, from my cooking.

I am a Chef from Washington state where I learned to use all types of locally sourced food. I am able to create unique dishes with balanced food tastes. I can easily create a dish, with a few items, to a person's liking. I use local, fresh and organic products as much as possible.
